• “Promoter” means Betsson Services Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, with registration number C44114 with its registered address at Betsson Experience Centre, Ta ‘ Xbiex Seafront, Ta ‘ Xbiex, Malta, XBX 1027. “BGA” shall have the same meaning as Promoter.
• Any reference herein to affiliates and/or entrants shall refer to “Affiliate” as defined in the BGA terms and conditions available at BGA T&Cs.
• These terms and conditions are subject to the BGA T&Cs. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the BGA T&Cs mentioned above.
• General
• In order to participate, affiliates are required to opt-in via the above form and all the information including Name*, Email* and Username*, apart from the Affiliate ID**, will be kept confidential and not be present anywhere.
• By opting-in, affiliates commit to giving BGA a demonstrable increase in exposure throughout the entire promotional period 22.12.22 00:00 until 10.01.23 23:59 CET.
• An Affiliate needs to have an account with us, with status “ACCEPTED”. For the sake of clarity, should your account status change at any time during this promotion, your entry into this promotion will be automatically excluded. 
• The promotion will be based on the following criteria:

• The Winner(s) will be determined by the Promoter in a random draw from all eligible entries. The winners will be announced on the 11.01.23 or such other date as indicated by the Promoter.  
• BGA reserves the right to alter or remove previously stated prizes at any time.

• This is a not targeted promotion, open to new and existing partners. Only those who Opt-in via this page will be eligible to participate.
• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be refunded or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
• This promotion (“Enter for a chance to watch Chelsea with a mate”) is open to Affiliates.
• This promotion and its terms and conditions apply for all countries apart from Netherlands, Italy, Latvia.
• BGA reserves the right to exclude Affiliates from this promotion.
• BGA reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.

Prize Terms and Conditions

• Entry is open to Affiliates in all territories apart from Netherlands, Italy and Latvia. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
• To enter, one must register via the form provided here. Entries close by 10.01.23 23:59 CET.
• There are 2 sets of Luxury tickets to be won. There will be 2 winners, with a pair of tickets each to watch the game Chelsea vs Fulham, taking place on Friday 3rd February 2023, 20:00 kick-off.
• Prize winner and companion should be 18 years or older, have a valid passport with more than 6 months validity after return date and be medically fit to travel without assistance. 
• In the event that any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any unused portion of the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
• The prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of the accommodation/ transport/ services or transfers (as applicable), and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable if the winner, or their travel companions, are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.

• The winners will be contacted on 11.01.23 by 23:59 or at such other time indicated by the Promoter.
• The winners will be notified by email and confirmed in writing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the prize draw, that winner will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• - The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or claiming/winning any prize, except as required by law.
• All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will collect personal information and to hold personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by BGA, email support@betssongroupaffiliates.com. By entering this promotion entrants’ consent to the use of their information.
• The winners' ID will be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winners agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
